UAccelerator is a youth accelerator which aims to enhance educational and career opportunities of the next generation of Ukrainian business leaders in the fields of Consulting, Finance & Investments, Technology, and Entrepreneurship.
Who are we looking for?
Every year we recruit an exclusive class of 10-15 Ukrainian students from top universities in the country and abroad to join our programme. Once selected, students are paired with our mentors who support their career development through regular contact and advice on topics ranging from subsequent study and job interviews to launching a new startup.

Who are our mentors?
Our mentor volunteers have unique experience of working for the world's most competitive and sought-after companies including McKinsey, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Google and others across global business centres such as London and New York, as well as in Ukraine. What unites them is a deep connection to homeland and ambition to pass on their experience to the next generation of Ukrainian business leaders.

Do you offer scholarships or startup funding?
UAccelerator is a non-profit organisation registered as a UK charity* with all of our mentors and staff working on a volunteer basis. We work with our corporate partners to identify outstanding candidates to receive scholarships for further study or startup seed funding amongst the students selected for our programme.
